Service Description

Client-focused therapy sessions which utilize traditional strategies and techniques interwoven with Reiki and other holistic approaches. The individual decides what strategies feels right for them. Each strategy will be explained and consented to prior to its use. Reiki and holistic approaches are offered to support the individual in going deeper to the root cause of their challenges and assist them in shifting through the emotional work more efficiently. These therapy sessions are offered solely via video or phone at this time.
