My Background
In my 19+ years of experience, I have worked with individuals with a variety of diagnoses, challenging attachment relationships, and developmental traumas. From this work I have discovered the solution, at its core, is the development of self-acceptance and unconditional self-love.

My Approach
My approach is heart-centered, intuitive, and client-focused. As your therapist, I support you in experiencing a deeper understanding of how your life situations and circumstances have created the patterns you have been living in. In doing so, greater awareness and more options for how to engage in the world emerge, opening the door for more self-compassion and ultimately unconditional love of self. Once you are engaged with the process of cultivating self-love, you will feel empowered and have confidence that the challenges in life are yours to transform.
My approach to therapy is holistic, as I consider the mind, body and spirit all as key players in maintaining overall wellness.
I enjoy working with my clients to develop unique strategies they can use to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance, supporting them in navigating the stressors of life.
I am also trained in various energy modalities which support the release of emotion stored in the body and help my clients shift to greater awareness when integrated in therapy sessions.
